What is Digital Art?
Digital Art is any work of art that is created using a digital device (computer, tablet, laptop) as a tool instead of physical brushes and canvas.
How long does a portrait take to create?
A portrait can take anywhere from 10 hours to 50 hours or more. It all depends on the scope and complexity of the project.
What exactly will I get with a commission?
You will receive an exclusive portrait created by Dremaceo Giles delivered as a high-resolution digital download, a minted NFT (Non-Fungible Token), a Fine Art Print, or any combination of your choosing.
Will I have any input on the piece?
You will have input throughout the process. You will be consulted for the initial conceptualization of the piece and sent constant updates throughout. The best time to make changes is before the line art is finalized. But adjustments can still be made in the final stages of the piece. Clear and open communication is crucial to creating the best piece possible for you.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
All prints are made to order and hand assembled by our partnering professional printers. Please allow 7 business days from date of purchase for print process and assembly.
*NOTE* : During holidays and sale promotions, we experience an increase in demand. Customers should expect their packages to dispatch within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you ship International?
Yes, absolutely.
What is shipping time?
Shipping time depends on package contents and destination. All domestic packages will take 2-8 business days in transit. International package transit time varies from 6-24 business days.
What do I do if my product shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
All items shown delivered and/or left at door that are missing or lost need to be immediately brought to the attention of your local postal center/carrier. Please visit the following USPS link for further details: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at dremaceogiles@gmail.com with photos of the item AND photos of the box it arrived in. (Please keep damaged packaging and items in possession for inspection)
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes! Returns and Exchanges are accepted for certain items within 7 days of delivery date.
How do I proceed to process returns and exchanges?
Send me an email at dremaceogiles@gmail.com and we will begin the process.
NOTE: Refunds will only be issued to qualifying items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, I will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
What qualifies for returns?
Fine Art Prints & Canvas Art
ONLY prints that arrive in error, wrong size, or damaged can be accepted for return. All other Print Sales are FINAL.
Do I need to pay for return Shipping?
No, I cover return shipping costs for damaged or error items.
When will I receive my exchange or refund?
All refund and exchange tickets will be processed within 3-4 business days after beginning your return request. After the returned or exchanged item has been received, please allow 3-5 business days processing time to complete refunds or exchange.
